Nelly gave me a great haircut, deep conditioning treatment, blow dry, and style at an affordable price. She has worked here in the Financial District for 22 years, but, now that fewer people come in to the office, business is slower than before the pandemic. We should support small, independent businesses like Nelly's whenever we can! The decor is basic, but you can't beat the price for the quality of haircut.

Great place to get a haircut at a fantastic price. I get my haircut at Nelly's about once a month and I have been happy with every cut. Nelly knows what she is doing and she always makes sure I am happy with the cut. Nelly is accommodating with appointments and she gives a very efficient haircut. I recommend Nelly's to my friends because of the great haircut and truly unbeatable price. Nelly is also extremely nice and is a pro at communication. I appreciate when I can just doze off in the chair, get a great haircut and be on my way in 25 minutes or less. I cannot say enough positive things about Nelly's. If you are in Fidi looking for a haircut it is a no brainer, and it is a ~2 minute walk from the South Ferry or Rector st subway station. Thanks Nelly!

It's my second time in the salon. Lolin did a magnificent job doing my highlights, cutting my hair, putting a deep conditioner and blow drying my hair. I have curly hair and my hair was beautiful blond and straight. Definitely coming back!
